Registration cost: $25 per student/faculty advisor

Not a GIS Member? You can join Gamma Iota Sigma as an At-Large Member for $100.
Please be advised that space is limited to 150 participants at each location so remember to register early.

2026 Regional Conference Travel Grants

Students are invited to apply for the 2026 Regional Conference Travel Grant to support participation in this year’s Regional Conferences.

Eligibility

• Open to both At-Large Members and Collegiate Members of Gamma Iota Sigma.
• Collegiate member nominations must be submitted by the Faculty Advisor or a Student Executive Board Member.
• Each chapter may nominate up to two (2) members.

Grant Details

• Amount: $250 per student (based on financial need)
• Application Deadline: January 30, 2026
• Students must be registered for the Regional Conference before application is submitted.
• Notification: Students and chapters will be notified of travel grant awards after the application deadline has closed.

Travel grants are made possible through the Gamma Iota Sigma Foundation.

Student and Faculty Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer full refunds for student and faculty attendees who submit a cancellation request at least two weeks before the first day of the conference. To receive a full refund, cancellation requests via email must be submitted by February 6, 2026 to [email protected]. No refunds will be issues for cancellations made after this date.
