Student & Faculty Registration - Registration deadline - Monday, February 2, 2026
Registration cost: $25 per student/faculty advisor

Not a GIS Member? You can join Gamma Iota Sigma as an At-Large Member for $100.
Please be advised that space is limited to 150 participants at each location so remember to register early.

2026 Regional Conference Travel Scholarships

Students apply for the 2026 Regional Conference Travel Scholarship
At-Large Members or Collegiate Members may be considered for the travel scholarship. Collegiate member nominations should be submitted by the Faculty Advisor, or Student Executive Board Member. Chapters may nominate up to two-chapter members. 

Nomination Deadline: TBA
Scholarship Amount: $250 per student based on need
Students nominated must be registered to attend the Regional Conference before submission. 
Student Travel Scholarships are made possible through the Gamma Iota Sigma Foundation. 

Student and Faculty Cancellation and Refund Policy

We offer full refunds for student and faculty attendees who submit a cancellation request at least two weeks before the first day of the conference. To receive a full refund, cancellation requests via email must be submitted by February 6, 2026 to [email protected]. No refunds will be issues for cancellations made after this date.
