Event Overview
The kickoff to the academic year convening an elite group of Chapter Officers for focused leadership training, peer networking, and exclusive engagement with Sustaining Partners. Leadership Symposium attendance is FREE for all Chapter Presidents. Sustaining Partners receive exclusive access to engage with student leaders at this event.

Students - Registration deadline - July 29, 2022
The 2022-2023 Chapter President from each chapter and approved applicant school is required to attend, or another officer if the Chapter President is unable to attend.  The Grand Chapter will cover the cost of travel, hotel, and registration for the 2022-2023 Chapter President. If the President is unable to attend GIS will cover another attendee who will be filling in for the Chapter President. Select the 1st attendee option if you are the Chapter President or filling in for the Chapter President. All registrations are subject to approval.

Chapters are invited to register a maximum of one (1) additional officer in addition to the Chapter President, with a registration fee of $400 (includes hotel cost), plus the cost of travel. Travel is not covered by the Grand Chapter for the 2nd attendee and will be the responsibility of the chapter/student. Select the 2nd attendee option if you are attending as the 2nd attendee in addition to the chapter President. All registrations are subject to approval.

Sustaining Partners - Registration deadline - July 8, 2022
GIS Sustaining Partners are exclusively invited to engage with 100 top GIS student leaders at the Leadership Symposium on Thursday, August 11, 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM EDT.
