**All conference sessions will take place at the Hyatt Regency Columbus unless otherwise noted on the agenda.
Hotel Accommodations
Gamma Iota Sigma has secured a room block at Hyatt Regency Columbus for a discounted rate of $165/night. Sustaining Partners may reserve their hotel rooms by calling 614-463-1234 and referencing the group code Gamma Iota Sigma's Leadership Symposium or reserving online by July 9, 2025.
Student Attendees
The Grand Chapter will reserve rooms for student officers registered to attend the Leadership Symposium. Students, please DO NOT make your room reservations.
All student registrants will receive an email no later than a week from registration to book their travel. It imperative to book your travel as soon as possible. For those who are planning to drive to leadership symposium, Grand Chapter will cover parking costs and reimburse for mileage to and from leadership symposium. A form will be sent out at the conclusion of leadership symposium.
**Cancellation/Failure to attend Leadership Symposium will result in the chapter being invoice for any related travel costs incurred.**
Parking:
Students: If you are driving to the Leadership Symposium the Grand Chapter will be paying for your parking. Please indicate that when you arrive and check-in at the front desk.
Sustaining Partners: The hotel offers self-parking or valet at your discretion.
