Sustaining Partners have the exclusive opportunity to engage with student leaders at this event for NO CHARGE through the Sustaining Partner Career Fair and Networking Luncheon. Gamma Iota Sigma is offering additional branding opportunities for Sustaining Partners wishing to further elevate their organization's brand.

Agenda & Location
GIS Sustaining Partners are exclusively invited to engage with over 100 GIS student leaders at the Leadership Symposium on Thursday, August 8th, 12:00 PM - 3:00 PM EDT.

    • 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM – Registration and Booth Set-Up
    • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM EDT - Networking Lunch with GIS Sustaining Partners
    • 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM EDT - Career Fair with GIS Sustaining Partners

Register Your Attendees

  • Two (2) representatives from your organization are invited to attend complimentary, with the option to add two (2) additional representatives for $100/per person. To register your attendees, complete the Company Profile form by July 19, 2024.

Career Fair

  • Your organization will be provided with one (1) 6’ draped table and two chairs for the Career Fair. You are invited to bring a banner, tablecloth, giveaways, and other items to represent your organization. 

  • Booth Set Up: Booth set-up for the Career Fair takes place 10:30am – 12:00pm EST on August 8.

Shipping Information

  • All vendors shipping items to the hotel must complete the shipping information form by August 1, 2024.

  • To ship materials to the event:

  • All boxes must be labeled as follows:
    • Hold for arrival:

  • Materials should arrive between August 4 – August 8. Deliveries outside of this window are not permitted.

  • Handling charges:
    • Per box/delivery (Up to 50lbs) to meeting room: $10.00
    • Pallet of larger shipment (Up to 250 lbs.): $125.00

  • To ship materials back after the event:
    • All outbound package(s) must be packaged, taped, and have a shipping label before being brought to the loading dock.
    • The hotel is not responsible for packaging, print labels, or tape up outgoing package(s). All guests must incur their own shipping cost and are required to bring all shipping materials.
    • Guest must schedule package(s) pick up.

  • Gamma Iota Sigma has secured a room block at Hyatt Regency Columbus for a discounted rate of $159/night. Sustaining Partners may reserve their hotel rooms by calling 614-463-1234 and referencing the group code GIS or reserving online by July 10, 2024.

Resume Book

  • An event resume book will be uploaded to your organization’s SharePoint site by August 1, 2024.
