GIS Sustaining Partners are exclusively invited to engage with 100 top GIS student leaders at the Leadership Symposium on Thursday, August 11, 12:00 PM - 3:30 PM EDT.

    • 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM – Registration and Booth Set-Up - Bellows Ballroom DEF
    • 12:00 PM - 1:30 PM EDT - Networking Lunch with GIS Sustaining Partners - George Bellows Ballroom ABC
    • 1:30 PM - 3:00 PM EDT - Career Fair with GIS Sustaining Partners - George Bellows Ballroom DEF

Register Your Attendees

  • As a reminder, up to two (2) representatives from your organization are invited to attend. If you did not register your attendee(s) at the time of registration, please refer to your confirmation email from MemberClicks to log in to your account, modify your registration, and register attendees by July 8, 2022.

Career Fair

  • Your organization will be provided with one (1) table with a black tablecloth for the Career Fair. You are invited to bring a banner, tablecloth, giveaways, and other items to represent your organization. You may set up your booth between 10:30 AM -12:00 PM EDT on Thursday, August 11.

  • Any materials for the Career Fair may be sent to directly to the Hilton Downtown Columbus at:

  • Materials must be labeled as follows and may not arrive prior to August 9. Please review the complete Shipping Guidelines
    • Hold for arrival

 Reserve Your Room

  • A hotel room block has been reserved at the Hilton Columbus Downtown for a discounted rate of $179/night. Sustaining Partner and Alumni Chapter President attendees may reserve their hotel rooms by calling 1-800-HILTONS and referencing the group code GAMMA or reserving online by July 13, 2022.
