If you’re shipping booth materials, it is very important that you review the shipping instructions and submit tracking numbers. Failure to do so may result in your items not arriving on site, or not being returned to you correctly. 

Hotel Room Block

Hilton Fort Worth
The deadline has passed to secure a room at the Hilton Fort Worth for the discounted conference rate. If you still need to make your reservations, you can do at the regular rate. We recommend booking ASAP, as space is limited.

Hotel/Venue Parking

Hilton Fort Worth does NOT offer on-site, self-parking. However, valet parking is available for $69.
Off-site, self-parking is available at 717 Throckmorton Street.
