Receiving dates: February 19-20, 2025. Deliveries outside of this window are not permitted.

If you’re shipping booth materials, it is very important that you review the shipping instructions and submit tracking numbers. Failure to do so may result in your items not arriving on site, or not being returned to you correctly.

Hotel Parking
If you are staying at the hotel and need parking:

  • Hilton Richmond Downtown does NOT offer on-site, self-parking. However, a limited amount of valet parking is available for $41.
  • The City of Richmond manages three parking lots adjacent to the hotel, which have self-serve kiosks. They are located at the intersections of Broad and 5th Street, Broad and 6th Street and Grace and 6th Street

Convention Center Parking
If you are NOT staying at the Hilton Richmond Downtown and need parking at the Richmond Convention Center:

  • Parking is available at the corner of 3rd & Marshall Streets. This deck is directly connected to the GRCC via the 3rd level. GPS Address: 351 N. Third St., Richmond, VA 23219 
  • $8.00 per entry / $26.00 for overnight parking (permit required)
